Equal Business Park in Krakow continues to attract tenants. Three companies signed new lease agreements, with one existing tenant expanding, making a total of c. 3,500 sqm: Dotpay, Lavido, Noble System and Regus. Knight Frank, the exclusive agent, is responsible for commercializing the property. The investor and general developer is Cavatina Holding.
“Equal Business Park is a unique location on the Krakow office map – well-integrated with the city and its major hubs. Tenants are aware of these factors when searching for an office. In order to meet tenants’ needs, the complex offers further amenities such as cafes, restaurants, a kindergarten and the possibility to do their shopping at the supermarket. The owner has also provided for the active users of the building, offering facilities for cyclists, who have access to a dedicated bike-park and lockers with showers,” said Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner at Knight Frank.
