KRM Poland, a distribution branch of the shoe retailer Ecco, has significantly expanded its warehousing and operations at Bokserska Distribution Center in Warsaw. The company is introducing its E Commerce platform to the facility and will occupy more than 10,500 sqm. Knight Frank, who manage the property advised the owner – UK & European in the transaction.
KRM Poland occupies warehouse as well as office accommodation at Bokserska Distribution Center in Warsaw. After the expansion the company leases more than half of the warehouse space available in the location which is 18,000 sqm.
“We are pleased to announce this additional commitment by KRM Poland to Bokserska DC. The expansion by this important occupier is a further demonstration of the quality of the location within Warsaw Zone 1. Bokserska DC provides high quality, affordable warehousing accommodation and we look forward to further developing our relationship with KRM over the next few years,” said John Stacey, Asset Management Director at UK & European.
Bokserska Distribution Center is a modern warehouse centre located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The total area of the site is 2.5 hectares.
