The Lakeside building received its occupancy permit at the end of October. Warsaw’s first ATENOR investment has been attracting tenants for some time, and its space is now already leased at 80 percent. Future tenants of the building include companies from the medical, energy and IT sectors. JLL Polska is responsible for the exclusive commercialisation of the building.
So far, the list of Lakeside’s tenants includes Polenergia Group, which has leased nearly 3,500 sqm of space, Lux Med, leasing more than 13,000 sqm and thus becoming the largest single office transaction in the Warsaw market in 2023, as well as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), which signed a lease agreement back in April 2022 and will soon move into the office building.

Lakeside is a modern office building with an area of approximately 23,850 sqm. The building has already been BREEAM-certified at the construction stage, at the highest level of “Outstanding”, and WELL-certified at the “Gold” level.
