RK Legal law office, specialized in complex corporate law services, has become the new office tenant of Centrum Praskie Koneser. The lawyers will occupy over 1,300 sqm in the former Warsaw Vodka Distillery. Project investors – Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. – are in advanced talks with other companies interested in Koneser’s multifunctional space. Its development continues according to schedule – it will be put into use in late 2017.
The dynamically improving areas on the right bank of Warsaw, including the revitalization of Centrum Praskie Koneser, is becoming ever more attractive for both Polish and international companies.
“The new location of our office is part of our 10th anniversary. In these years our team has grown from three to over 130 employees while the service offer expanded to tax advisory, due diligence or debt management. We have been seeking a place not just to allow for our growth but also to even stimulate it. Koneser seems an ideal solution. It is well-connected to city center at the same time providing an inclusive atmosphere so much important for legal office customers. We are convinced that linked office, residential and retail functions will create a vibe for excellent working conditions. Its specific environment of innovative firms has also played a key role for us,” commented Michał Rączkowski, Managing Partner of RK Legal.
“Koneser has been successfully embedded in the awareness of potential tenants as an attractive office location with rich retail offer and a unique vibe. We are currently in advanced talks with other tenants interested in multifunctional spaces of Koneser, and planning to finalize next office leases in upcoming weeks,” said Katarzyna Gontarska, Head of Brokerage at Liebrecht & wooD Poland.
The construction of the commercial part of Centrum Praskie Koneser commenced in the Fall of 2015. Currently, construction works of the underground car park are taking place, already reaching the lowest -3 level, where the concrete foundation plate is being poured. Revitalization works continue also in two historic buildings.
The completion of Centrum Praskie Koneser is scheduled for the end of 2017. Among other tenants of the project are: Campus Warsaw – Google initiative dedicated to start-ups (operating since Fall 2015), Damian Medical Center, Zdrofit fitness center, Dago instant offices, Energy Solution and Polish Vodka Museum.
