LBP to renew its lease agreement in Logicor Park Łódź – EuropaProperty

LBP Manufacturing Poland, a company specializing in the manufacture of food and beverage packaging, has decided to renew its lease agreement on over 5,000 sqm of industrial and office space in the Logicor complex in Łódź. Experts from JLL represented LBP during the transaction.

Brent Denniston, Senior Vice President Global Business Development at LBP Manufacturing, informed: “We decided to remain in Logicor industrial park for several reasons, including the proximity of the location to our employees, the quality of the offered space, the excellent access to transportation and distribution within the country and throughout Europe and the opportunities for further business growth and development.”

LBP’s Łódź-based location offers over 4,400 sqm of industrial space and a representative office of over 600 sqm.
Paulina Dziubińska, Senior Consultant, Industrial Department at JLL Poland, added: “The specificity of the LBP’s manufacturing business requires scheme that meets numerous technical requirements involving some adjustments of space. Furthermore, location and access to qualified employees is also a crucial aspect. Logicor Łódź I meets all the needs of our client, and thus LBP’s decision to renew the lease agreement within the investment”.

Logicor Park is located just six kilometres from the city centre at Manewrowa Street in the Widzew district of Łódź. The location’s great advantages include close proximity to important communication routes. Warehouses in Łódź are located 20 kilometres from A2 motorway and 30 kilometres from the A1 motorway. Furthermore, thanks to its proximity to public transport, the scheme is conveniently communicated with the centre of Łódź. In total, industrial space within the complex amounts to 55,000 sqm.
