LCP buys Pasaż Warmiński retail centre

The LCP Properties has acquired another project for its convenience retail portfolio in Poland.

Pasaż Warmiński in Lidzbark Warmiński is a  retail park with an area of ​​over 6,000 sqm which offers stores of such brands as Biedronka, Rossmann, CCC, Martes Sport, Pepco, Smyk, Media Expert, Tedi and KiK. Located near national road 51 from Olsztyn, it offers over 150 parking spaces for customers and it was put into use in March this year.

“This transaction confirms that there is still room for fast and very good real estate purchase contracts. We are constantly looking for projects that will be able to join our portfolio. We are currently approving further investments and we will be able to inform you about them soon. We plan to sign a few more transactions by the end,” commented Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisitions Director at LCP Properties.
