Leading distributor extends lease at MLP Bucharest West

MLP Group has extended its cooperation with one of the largest distribution networks in the Romanian market. As part of the MLP Bucharest West logistics centre, the tenant currently utilizes 10,400 sqm of warehouse space. Furthermore, new modern office spaces will be constructed, creating a total of over 300 sqm of contemporary workspace to better accommodate their needs. The transaction was brokered by the real estate consultancy Colliers.

MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region of Romania. Its location along the bypass in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, provides optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project. It is being developed on a plot of 18.3 ha and will eventually deliver 99,000 sqm of warehouse space, with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure. The facilities within the MLP Bucharest West Park are undergoing BREEAM certification.
