LemonTree launches construction of a new development in Szczecin

LemonTree has started construction of its second development in Szczecin – WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NEO by LemonTree. The modern complex will offer 34,000 sqm of modern warehouse, service, and office space, with almost half of it already leased. The facility will be equipped with technologies to reduce its negative impact on the environment. The project, whose general contractor is GOLDBECK, kicked off in June 2025, and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

The project will be located in the southwestern part of the city. The excellent location will provide quick access to the A6 highway, the city centre, the Szczecin-Świnoujście seaport and the newly built Przecław bypass (DK13). Near the complex, there are numerous service points and a shopping centre.

With its well-developed infrastructure, including the proximity of the seaport, the presence of numerous universities along with research institutions, and access to qualified professionals, Szczecin is gaining importance as an extremely attractive location for investors and tenants. The city, with its huge economic potential, is at the same time experiencing a growing demand for modern production and logistics space. This is particularly evident on the left bank, where there are still relatively few such facilities.

The project has been designed to the highest standards of sustainable construction. It is planned to obtain a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which will confirm its environmental friendliness and the comfort of future users.
