LemonTree starts construction of new faciltiy in Szczecin

LemonTree has launched its third project in Szczecin – WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NXT – which will deliver 39,600 sqm of warehouse, service, and office space. Notably, around 30% of the scheme has already been pre-let to one of Poland’s leading logistics operators, underlining strong market demand. GOLDBECK has been appointed as the general contractor, with completion scheduled for the turn of 2026 and 2027.

“The development of the WESTSIDE complex in Szczecin is a natural continuation of our strategy. Each subsequent facility is created based on the experience gained from previous projects and responds to real market needs. WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NXT is another step in building modern, high-quality business space in this location,” says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, CEO of LemonTree.

WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NXT will offer functional warehouse and logistics space together with office and social facilities. The project assumes flexible layout options, enabling the space to be adapted to the individual needs of future tenants, as well as high operational efficiency of the facility.

All technological solutions have been designed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM Excellent certification.
