Lidl to open in Przystanek Karkonosze retail park

REDKOM has finalized the purchase of the real estate intended for the development of the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park. A store of the Lidl Polska chain will be the grocery operator in the newly built facility. The new shopping complex, with an area of approximately 16,000 sqm, will be located in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz.

Thanks to the direct proximity to routes leading to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, the retail park will be an attractive destination for thousands of residents of the surrounding villages and towns and numerous tourists visiting the region.

Przystanek Karkonosze is scheduled to open in Q3 of 2025. In addition to the Lidl Polska store, the project provides for approximately 30 retail and service points of sales, including fashion shops, a drive-thru restaurant and 400 parking spaces.

REDKOM Development opened two retail complexes in 2023 – Ozimska Park in Opole and Park Glinianka in Łubna near Warsaw. Their total retail space is more than 27,000 sqm GLA. Both developments were awarded in the prestigious European Property Awards 2023 and were nominated for the CEE Retail Awards 2024.

REDKOM Development is cooperating with Mallson Polska on the commercialization of Przystanek Karkonosze.
