Hines, the international real estate firm, has a new tenant for Graffit office building, developed near Wilanowska metro station. Lingaro has signed a lease agreement for over 2,800 sqm of office space, taking the entire fourth floor of the building for five years.
Lingaro is a trusted global technology partner to industry leaders listed at Fortune 500 index. The company provides comprehensive solutions for Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Big Data and Internet of Things.
‘Our company is growing very rapidly, hence the need to find a larger and more representative office has arisen – the one that will not only accommodate over 350 employees, but will also give us the prospect of further growth. The search for a suitable venue lasted for a long time. The Graffit building met all of our expectations both in terms of location and modern design. What also was important is that the new office space would allow all Lingaro employees to work in the office space located on the same floor. As one of the most important values in our company is co-operation, this office interior will foster greater integration between people and provide us with space for common group projects. We really appreciate the fact that our new headquarters will be located outside the area of the high traffic, with close proximity to the diverse range of public transportation. Everyone in company is very excited about the relocation, and we already have formed a dedicated team that works on developing the ideas for office design.’ – commented Anna Bowtruczuk, Employee Experience Manager at Lingaro.
‘Companies operating in the field of information systems and data analysis are one of the most demanding customers in the market. The key to success is to provide the right solutions at the early stage of the facility realization. Acquiring prestigious IT developer like Lingaro confirms the highest quality of the Graffit project.’ – says Marcin Ratajski, Project Director at Hines. ‘We firmly believe that our building will provide Lingaro employees with the highest level of comfort and numerous amenities.’ – added Marcin Ratajski.
Lingaro was represented by CBRE Consulting in the negotiation process. WARBUD S.A. is the general contractor of Graffit. The construction loan for the office building was granted by mBank S.A.
The development of Graffit office building started in September 2016. The construction works continue according to the schedule. Expected delivery of the office space and making it available for the first tenants, including Roche Global IT Solutions – a division of Roche Polska, a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry – is scheduled for the first half of 2018.
