LINK and Waberer’s Poland, the companies from the TFL industry and belonging to the Waberer’s International Group, have leased a total of 728 sqm of office space in Koneser. This is another example of popularity of the flagship commercial project in Warsaw’s Praga among Polish and international companies. On the site of the former Warsaw Vodka Distillery, in the quarter of Ząbkowska, Markowska, Białostocka and Nieporęcka Streets, the Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. are creating a mixed-use lifestyle centre. The centre offers i.e. 25 500 sqm of modern office space, already leased in 92 percent.
LINK signed a lease agreement for a 435 sqm unit in the newly constructed building P at Białostocka Street. LINK is one of the biggest suppliers of modern solutions for the TFL industry in Poland. The company has nearly 30 years’ experience in working with international clients from sectors such as: automotive, household appliances, raw materials and components, industrial chemicals, FMCG and building materials. It specialises in road transport and forwarding across all of Europe, offering transport of full truck loads, less than truckloads and less than container loads. The entire process of transport at the company is performed with the use of modern IT tools.
LINK belongs to the Waberer’s International Group, whose the Polish headquarters will also be located in Koneser. Last year Waberer’s Poland signed a lease agreement for 293 sqm of office space.
The LINK representatives chose Koneser as the headquarters of the company due to numerous facilities available for employees – an excellent location, carefully designed outdoor area and rich food and service offer.
Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba, General Manager of Liebrecht & wooD Poland, says: “Koneser is a very important investment for the whole Warsaw. This is a mixed-use development, open for everyone and offering completely new possibilities. An original combination of the atmosphere of historical buildings with modernity will create a friendly space in which the entire Koneser community – office employees, their guests, the citizens of the capital city and tourists – will feel great.”
Centrum Praskie Koneser offers the highest quality office, retail, food and residential space. Since 2015, Campus Warsaw – the initiative by Google dedicated to start-ups – has been located in the development. Koneser will also include: Moxy Warsaw Praga hotel (a Marriott International brand), Polish Vodka Museum, Zdrofit fitness club and Damian Medical Centre. The project has achieved BREEAM Interim 2013 New Construction certification – both for Offices and Retail – with an ‘Excellent’ rating.
