Linklaters acts as advisor to Echo Investment on the sale of Warsaw’s Q22 – EuropaProperty

Invesco Real Estate fund has become the new owner of the Q22 tower, located in Warsaw, upon purchasing the property from Poland’s largest developer, Echo Investment. Linklaters provided comprehensive legal advice and support to the seller in all major legal aspects of the deal. The deal was valued at over PLN 1 billion net.

The acquisition of the state-of-the-art 155-metre office tower situated at the intersection of Aleja Jana Pawła II and ulica Grzybowska for over PLN 1 billion is another major investment in Warsaw made by the US-based Invesco Real Estate fund. The international law firm Linklaters has advised Echo Investment form the inception of the sale process. The legal advice covered all stages of the deal.
