Linklaters has advised A&T Holdings, a subsidiary of a global alternative investment manager, on the sale of the Jerozolimskie Business Park office building complex in Warsaw. The buyer was a foreign private investor acting through Brugnola, a Polish limited liability company.
Jerozolimskie Business Park consists of four office buildings. The complex was built in 1997 and completely refurbished in 2015-2017. The modern facility has a green area and additional infrastructure for cyclists, such as lockers, showers, and new parking spaces. It is located in Aleje Jerozolimskie, a fast-developing area with many office buildings under construction. The location provides quick and easy access to the Warsaw West railway station, Warsaw Chopin Airport and two shopping malls – Atrium Reduta and Blue City.
The transaction was led by Tomasz Trystuła, managing associate from Warsaw real estate practice supported by Mateusz Korecki, junior associate, Marcin Nowak, senior associate from Warsaw banking and finance practice and Ruth van der Haar, associate from Linklaters Amsterdam corporate practice. The overall transaction was supervised by Janusz Dzianachowski, partner.
