Linstow Center Management will diversify its business strategy in Latvia

Starting from 2021, Linstow Center Management (LCM) will diversify its business strategy in Latvia and Estonia by developing multi-segment real estate projects, including hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, parking lots, recreational facilities and more.

“In the Baltic States, we have started to implement our company’s Norwegian business strategy model which envisages diversification of business goals. This strategy has been implemented in Norway for more than 20 years, and we are convinced of its effectiveness in Latvia and Estonia as well,” reveals Frode Gronvold, Chairman of the Board of LCM.

One of the first steps in the implementation of the new strategy will be the transfer of the Alfa and Mols shopping centre management service to Multi Latvia, starting from February 2021. In early 2021, LCM will present more information about the business strategy and investment projects planned for the following years.
