LivinnX Kraków – one of the most modern halls of residence in Poland has opened. The first students can move into the facility located at ul. Romanowicza 4 in Kraków. They have 290 residential units and 2,000 sqm of amenities at their disposal.
LivinnX Kraków hall of residence was constructed as part of a renovation project of the former Telpod factory building at ul. Romanowicza 4 in Kraków. The hall offers 710 beds available in 290 residential units of various configurations (1-, 2-, 3- and 4-person). Each unit is fully fitted out and has a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom space and a bathroom.
Apart from residential units located on six floors of the building, LivinnX Kraków also offers a space of 2,000 sqm with numerous amenities. The residents have at their disposal, among others, specially arranged study and entertainment areas, a large shared kitchen, a 24-hour gym, sauna, yoga room, climbing wall, art studio and even a terrace with a hot tub located on the roof of the building. On level -1 there is a laundry and a bicycle parking area. The facility also features public spaces such as a Lewiatan convenience store, Mr. Pancake restaurant, a café or a drugstore. Following the example of international campuses, the hall of residence is CCTV monitored round the clock. The reception and security service are open 24 hours a day.
“We offer our residents much more than just places to sleep. LivinnX Kraków is distinguished by its excellent design, high quality of the applied solutions and plenty of amenities, which the residents of our hall of residence can use whenever they want, at no extra charge. We have completed a project that has never been available on the Polish market before. I am confident that LivinnX Kraków will meet the expectations of all its residents, even the most demanding ones,” said Jakub Bartos, Head of Residential at Golub GetHouse. ‘All the works carried out as part of the project were executed in accordance with the agreed schedule, hence we could welcome the first students even before the beginning of the academic year,” he added.
Thanks to its convenient location, the residence hall is well connected with Kraków’s key colleges and universities. It is also located in close proximity to the Old Town and the Kazimierz district, offering access to cultural facilities and services such as museums, art galleries, clubs, restaurants and the Vistula River embankments.
The design of the Telpod renovation was provided by the renowned Kraków-based architecture studio IMB Asymetria, and the general contractor is UNIBEP S.A. The residence hall has been realized by Golub GetHouse in cooperation with the American company CA Ventures International.
