The LIXA D office building has been awarded the prestigious WiredScore Platinum certificate, the highest possible level. This certificate, which other LIXA campus buildings (C and E) already hold with the same rating, confirms top-tier digital connectivity, high-quality telecommunications solutions, and robust emergency plans, ensuring companies can operate smoothly even during unforeseen events.
The WiredScore technology certificate recognises buildings that provide excellent digital connectivity. With the certification of LIXA D, WiredScore specialists have confirmed the availability and reliability of internet providers, connection redundancy and security, mobile and Wi-Fi signal coverage, and the potential for further infrastructure expansion. Only the most technologically advanced buildings globally can boast the Platinum level of the WiredScore certificate.
“At the LIXA campus, we offer our tenants and partners a modern and comfortable environment for work and business, which we are constantly improving. The highest quality of technology and digital connectivity are key for us. We are proud that LIXA D, and thus all three of our LIXA campus buildings, have achieved the highest possible WiredScore rating – Platinum. Through this WiredScore certification, our current and future partners can be confident that the space offered at LIXA guarantees them efficiency, security, and innovative services at the highest level,” said Tomasz Karaś, Director of Projects, Yareal Polska.
Colliers served as the consultant for the WiredScore Platinum certification process for LIXA D.
“We are proud to see the entire LIXA campus achieve WiredScore Platinum, the global benchmark for digital connectivity. This recognition demonstrates Yareal’s strong commitment to delivering future-ready, resilient workplaces that meet the highest standards of connectivity, reliability, and user experience. By securing Platinum across three buildings, Yareal is providing its tenants with the digital foundations they need to thrive in today’s technology-driven world, while ensuring the flexibility to adapt to their evolving needs in the future,” said Brett Hartle, Head of Business Development – Central Eastern Europe, WiredScore.
“I am impressed by the preparation of the LIXA buildings for the WiredScore certification process. It’s an excellent example of how to consciously invest in telecommunication infrastructure, effectively responding to the needs of tenants and a rapidly evolving market — for instance, through the implementation of the BTS Hotel, which ensures reliable mobile connectivity and thereby enhances user comfort. Collaborating with the Yareal team was a pleasure, and I’m glad I could support our Client in achieving a result that confirms the highest technological standards,” added Anastazja Dobber, Smart Building Consultant, Colliers.
The LIXA D office building was developed as part of the office campus near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, serving as the final element of Yareal Polska’s flagship complex. It was completed on the western side of the publicly accessible LIXA City Gardens passage, which unifies the entire LIXA complex. The LIXA D building added approximately 10,000 sqm of modern office space to the capital’s market and was commissioned in March 2024.
LIXA also features the most advanced technological and pro-environmental solutions. The buildings are certified in international rating systems, including BREEAM Excellent, WELL Health-Safety, ActiveScore, and AirRated, in addition to WiredScore.
