Knight Frank was appointed an exclusive agent of ŁODŹ.WORK, a complex of historical buildings in the center of Łódź at ul. Dowborczyków 18 undergoing revitalization. Owned by Okam Capital, the project’s area is nearly 5,000 sqm scheduled for commission in the third quarter of 2019.
ŁÓDŹ.WORK comprises 19th-century buildings which had initially housed Teodor Meyerhoff’s textile plant and later Łódzkie Zakłady Graficzne (a printing plant). After the completion of the works, the historical buildings are to become an extension of Łódź’s New Center concept.
The main building had been used as a production floor, has a high ceiling (3-3.5 m) and thanks to large windows excellent access to daylight. All four floors will be used as office space intended for new tenants. The complex will have 75 above-ground parking spaces.
The investment project has very attractive and convenient location with tram and bus stops, an interchange station and Łódź Fabryczna railway station near by. Also cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, theatres, fitness clubs and Galeria Łódzka shopping mall can be found in the vicinity.
