International logistics operator Logfret has signed a lease for nearly 4,900 sqm of warehouse and office space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. The transaction was advised by AXI IMMO, Poland’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm, which provided comprehensive support at every stage of the leasing process.
Piotr Dryglas, CEO, Logfret Poland, said: “Until now, our activity in Poland has been primarily focused on freight forwarding. The decision to lease modern warehouse space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, is a natural step towards further development of our contract logistics services and diversification of our operations in the Polish market. The new location will allow us to increase operational efficiency and respond even better to clients’ needs in comprehensive supply chain management.”

The park offers more than 150,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, extensive manoeuvring yards, modern security systems and full infrastructure supporting logistics operations, while the buildings are BREEAM-certified. The location ensures quick access to Warsaw’s cargo airport, the A2 motorway and key national routes.
