Logicor announces sale of its operations in Hungary to Sino Logistics

Logicor announced the sale of its Hungarian operations to Sino Logistics. The transaction includes the company’s local real estate portfolio and its Hungarian management team and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

The transaction includes Logicor’s real estate portfolio and the management team, led by Domonkos Joo. The transaction is subject to approvals from authorities and is expected to close later in 2026.  The sale includes around 172,000 sqm over 8 assets, mainly located in Budapest, close to key transport networks. Logicor has been present in the Hungarian market since 2014 and built a strong local platform and team.
