Logicor, a leading owner and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, announced it has completed the modernisation of a multifunctional property in Warsaw, Poland, for Inchcape Motor Polska, a member of the global Inchcape group offering sales and servicing of premium-brand cars and motorcycles (including BMW and Mini). The modernisation of this multifunctional space will enable the dealer to maximize its growth and potential in the Polish automotive market, allowing it to serve its customers with new quality and comprehensiveness.
Bartosz Mierzwiak, Managing Director for CEE & Northern Europe at Logicor, said: “Currently, modernizing and adapting existing spaces can offer the only chance for a company to achieve its growth potential in large urban centres, where new construction is not feasible. Such projects require a creative approach to design and functionality. The property for Inchcape Motor Polska in Warsaw is an excellent example of how we use this approach to create value for clients.”
“Our company is in a phase of intense growth, hence the need for new space tailored to the profile of the services we offer,” said Witold Wcisło, CEO of Inchcape Polska. “Thanks to efficient cooperation and a vision shared with Logicor, we have obtained state-of-the-art headquarters with a superb location in the capital, offering all the functions we need: warehousing, servicing, showroom, and office. This well-designed building, as well as innovative architectural and technical solutions, will allow us to provide fast and comprehensive customer service.”
Paweł Tarkowski, Asset Manager at Logicor, added: “This project required us to look creatively at the space itself and its functional division, factoring in an efficient adaptation of natural and artificial lighting. We redesigned the façade and added bigger windows to bring more daylight into the auto servicing area and the offices. In the interior, we used modern LED lighting together with full automation and regulation of 5 levels of intensity. Maximizing the potential of the space and adapting it to the client’s needs reflects our approach to the design, creation and management of space.”
The property on ul. Łopuszańska in Warsaw, modernized by Logicor, comprises two main spaces, for warehousing and services (including auto servicing, a showroom and offices totalling nearly 6,500 sqm). The reconstruction also provided for a large manoeuvring area, onsite parking, a car wash, four 22-kW vehicle charging stations, and state-of-the-art solutions for interior comfort (HVAC with air curtains at the entrances). The design includes lounge areas for service customers and three levels of office and conference space. The new headquarters of Inchcape Motor Polska is located 10 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport, with excellent transit links to the city centre.
