Logistics Point Raszyn is fully leased

Logistics Point Raszyn has been 100 percent leased. By concluding a long-term contract with Peakside Capital Advisors, Beliso cosmetics joined the group of companies operating in the logistics centre near Warsaw. The new tenant will use a total of 3,500 of space.

“Achieving full commercialization of the Logistics Point Raszyn facility confirms that the spaces we offer are very attractive to tenants. We act as an Asset Manager in them, which is also appreciated by our partners. In addition to leasing the last free module to Beliso, we also extended the lease with one of the current tenants, Iglotex, for another three years,” says Bożena Kaczanowska-Tajan, Asset Manager at Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland.

Logistics Point Raszyn is an industrial park located at ul. Sokołowska 10 in Raszyn, on the outskirts of Warsaw, just 12 km from the very centre. The property consists of 2 buildings, within which it offers warehouses with a total GLA of 31,000 sqm. The complex is currently undergoing extensive modernization, which, despite its scale, does not affect the current functioning of the facility. The works include both refreshing the interiors and adapting the park’s infrastructure to current market requirements in terms of sustainable development.

Logistics Point Raszyn, along with Logistics Point Piaseczno and City Point Targówek, are part of the real estate portfolio purchased by Peakside and Partners Group at the beginning of this year. After the modernization is completed, the facilities will provide the market with about 150,000 sqm of modern logistics space.
