LS Logistics, a company offering comprehensive logistics services, operating in Poland and the European market, has extended the existing one and signed another contract for an additional area of over 2,700 sqm at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. Thus, the company already occupies almost 17,600 sqm in the park, which is related to the expansion of LS Logistics in the renewable energy and e-commerce sectors.
SEGRO’s cooperation with LS Logistics has been going on for 5 years. The domain of LS Logistics is warehouse services, which include: storage and completion of goods, reloading and combining shipments from different places to one recipient, along with a wide range of value-added services (VAS).
“We sign more and more contracts with companies from the renewable energy sector, so we need more warehouse space. We are also developing cooperation with another online store – the development of e-commerce is an increasingly important source of income for us. If similar dynamics continue, we will consider the lease of more sqm,” comments Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics.
The LS Logistics warehouses in Nadarzyn are modern logistics facilities with office facilities and a training centre. The main warehouse with a total area of 17,600 sqm houses 18,000 pallet places and almost 3,900 sqm of shelf spaces for storage and completion of a smaller assortment. The area is equipped with 21 loading ramps and 3 drive-in gates.
“We perfectly understand the needs of our customers, which is confirmed by the extension of cooperation with LS Logistics. The central location and proximity to communication nodes of our warehouse in Nadarzyn favour our client in developing business for the e-commerce and renewable energy sectors. The quality of service we offer meets the highest requirements of the extremely competitive and demanding e-commerce industry,” says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.
