Luppo Puppo day care center and kindergarten decided to double space rented in the ZITA office building which belongs to Promenady Business Park complex in Wrocław. With the extra space the two establishments’ lease area will exceed 1,300 sqm. In the course of negotiations regarding the lease of the extra space by Luppo Puppo, Knight Frank represented the building’s owner, Vantage Development.
Luppo Puppo has been successfully developing its business in the ZITA office building for a few years. Thanks to the 2018 expansion, the company was able to separate its kindergarten and day care center premises, which in turn allowed to expand the services of each facility. The chain focuses on safety and creative interior design that foster the development, play and education of the youngest.
“The need for specialized care of children of employees working at the complex and local residents led to a decision to lease extra space. We are very happy with the unflagging interest in Luppo Puppo’s services and the trust earned among parents. The success of the day care center and kindergarten in the ZITA building allows us to look boldly into the future. Next year we are going to open another establishment in partnership with Vantage Development. We plan to develop throughout Poland and are going to open another facility soon, this time in Gdańsk.
