Magnolia Park extended – EuropaProperty

The latest phase of the 20,000sqm GLA extension to Magnolia Park in Wrocław opened on 19th March. The concept, designed by vsf-creative, presents a striking new front entrance closer to Legnicka Street and provides the mall with a large double-height public event space, around which new stores for Reserved, LC Waikiki, Smyk, Bershka and Pull&Bear are ranged.

With a strong emphasis on customer comfort, the opening was accompanied by other strategic improvements to the mall to improve the customer experience and follows on from last year’s addition of a Decathlon store and Pure Jatomi fitness centre.

Paul Ayre, vsf director, said “We have worked closely with Multi to design a series of significant and dramatic elements in Magnolia Park’s evolution as Wrocław’s premier retail destination”. Magnolia Park, managed by Multi Mall Management Poland, is now approaching 100,000 sqm GLA.
