Manova Partners has announced its repositioning as an independent, internationally active real estate asset manager. Founded in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners and part of the Australian Macquarie Group since 2018, the company is now operating independently as of December 2024.
Currently, approximately 150 employees manage a global portfolio of 170 office, logistics, residential, and retail properties in 17 locations across Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Asia under Manova Partners’ portfolio.
With assets under management totalling approximately €12 billion, Manova Partners is one of the leading boutique managers in the industry. The company focuses on creating real estate products and solutions tailored for institutional investors and family offices.
Based in Munich, the firm is led by Christian Göbel and Florian Winkle. Florian Winkle commented, “We are a cohesive team. Christian Göbel and I have successfully worked together for many years. Manova Partners invests in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Australia, and Asia. According to the co-managing directors, the company currently manages approximately €1 billion in equity capital and plans to continue focusing on office, logistics, retail, and residential real estate sectors.
Poland as a Key Market
In Poland, Manova Partners holds a portfolio of six office properties totalling 75,000 sqm and logistics properties totalling about 540,000 sqm.
