Marcotran, an international logistics operator, has renewed its lease for 3,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in Park Poznań VI which is managed by the pan-European Asset Manager Urban Real Estate Partner (UREP). The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by the real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Marcotran is an international logistics operator providing transport, warehousing, logistics and distribution services. Founded in 1970, it currently has over 1,600 employees of 29 nationalities. Operating a fleet of around 1,000 trucks and approximately 1,500 semi-trailer trucks, it offers seamless order fulfilment. It has an annual turnover in the region of €200 million.

Park Poznań VI is located in Koninko near Poznań. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the S11 expressway (Kołobrzeg – Pyrzowice/Piekary Śląskie), it facilitates distribution to the north and south of the country. Tenants also enjoy its proximity to the A2 motorway and E30 route, as well as easy access to the workforce thanks to the suburban location of Park Poznań VI.
