Marcotran renews warehouse lease near Poznań

Marcotran, an established transport and logistics company, has extended its lease for warehouse space in Koninko near Poznań. The company occupies approximately 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse space at the facility. The tenant was represented throughout the renegotiation process by Newmark Polska.

“Following a thorough market review, Marcotran decided to stay in its current facility, which fully meets its ongoing operational needs. Key advantages of the occupied unit include its location and an above-standard number of loading docks – over 12 across an area of approximately 3,500 sqm. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to support Marcotran once again in making a strategic warehouse decision in Greater Poland,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.
