Mars Inc has extended its leasing contract for 600 sqm office space in Floreasca Business Park, a Class A office building owned by NEPI in Calea Floreasca 169A, Bucharest. Royal Canin moved in next to its mother company Mars Inc., leasing 350 sqm on the 7th floor of the building, with the purpose to offer its local operations enhanced visibility and increased customer relationship efficiency. Colliers International Romania mediated the leasing transactions, consolidating its leading position on the local office market.
Mars Romania is a division of Mars Incorporated and a major pillar for the company in Central & Eastern Europe. Launched on the local market in 1994, the company marked the most accelerated development of any FMCG company in Europe. Mars Incorporated is one of the largest food companies in the world.
Royal Canin, a division of Mars Incorporated since 2002, opened a branch in Romania in 2008. Since then, the company concentrated on the liaison with other local companies of Mars Inc. sharing common values and creating business process synergies.
Floreasca Business Park has a total GLA of 36,000 sqm. The buildings hosts worldwide reputed companies such as Exxon Mobil, L’Oreal, DHL and Wipro. Recently, new major market players joined the impressive tenants list, including Lenovo and Federal-Mogul.
