Marsh & McLennan Companies have leased new office space in the office development project Nimbus in Warsaw owned by the Austrian investor and developer IMMOFINANZ Group. The removal has been scheduled for January 2015. The firm leased approx. 5 800 sqm of office space. CBRE advised the tenant in the negotiation process and building consultancy.

Within their structures in Poland, 4 companies need to be named: Marsh and Guy Carpenter in the Risk and Insurance Services and Mercer and Oliver Wyman in consulting area. All four departments will have their new offices located in Nimbus Office.

Nimbus Office building is the first office development by the firm in Warsaw.

The building offers more than 19,000 sqm of office and retail space. The building is very conveniently located in Ochota district, at the fringe of Warsaw’s city centre and its future occupiers will benefit from the proximity to central and western rail stations as well as an excellent public transportation network (trams, buses, trains).
The building will soon receive a LEED certificate.
