MASTERBUILD, a general contractor and developer, has completed a new 14,500 sqm warehouse space, located in the Stefanesti – Ilfov area, for the pan-European developer VGP. MASTERBUILD, as a specialized contractor, signs the metal structure, facades and roofing works.
Located in the Northern area of Bucharest, with access from the A3 highway, the project is situated on a 200,000 sqm site, where there is already a 130,000 sqm industrial development. The project benefits from 12 meters net height,1 loading gate at 800 sqm, BREEAM Very Good green building accreditation and other facilities.
The new building – Hall D – is intended for warehousing activity and will be leased to operators in sectors such as distribution and the logistics segment.
