Maxprint stays on at MLP Pruszków II

Maxprint, a wholesaler of office machinery and equipment, has renewed its lease at the largest warehouse complex in the region. The tenant currently occupies almost 3,200 sqm of modern space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The tenant was assisted in the renegotiations by Newmark Polska, a real estate advisory firm.

Maxprint was represented in the renegotiation process by the consulting firm Newmark Polska.

“We examined Warsaw’s suburbs to find alternative warehouse space for Maxprint. Having considered all the available options, our client decided to remain in its current location. Building on our successful cooperation with MLP, we secured attractive commercial lease terms for Maxprint. The tenant’s lease renewal is confirmation of the landlord’s flexibility and openness,” says Norbert Kowalczyk, Senior Advisor, Newmark Polska.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 420,000 sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. Selected buildings have been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, solar PV systems are mounted on rooftops.
