mBank, an established digital bank in Poland, has decided to relocate its largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia to the Infinity office building in Wrocław. The bank will occupy nearly 1,300 sqm on the fourth floor of the building, overlooking the Old Town. The tenant will move into the development owned by Avestus Real Estate and Alchemy Properties in January 2027.
mBank is synonymous with innovative solutions in Polish banking. The bank has been operating since 1986 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1992. It is the fifth-largest bank in Poland by total assets, serving 5.7 million retail banking clients and 36,000 corporate banking clients. For the past 18 years, it has also been present in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, offering services to individual customers. mBank continues to strengthen its position in the financial market as one of the most reliable and innovative partners for its clients.

Infinity is a seven-storey Class A office building offering 18,727 sqm of office space and 1,561 sqm of retail and service space. The development, delivered by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties, was built in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM Excellent certification, as well as the WELL Health-Safety certification. In order to ensure the building’s low-emission performance and minimise its environmental impact, all activities within the Infinity project, from construction works through applied technologies and solutions to building management, are carried out in line with ESG criteria.
