Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors, an independent commercial real estate practice, has signed a new lease of 2,790 sqm of warehouse space at London & Cambridge Properties’ Bydgoszcz Logistic and Office Center to MBS Logistics, an international provider of logistics services to importers and exporters, as well as forwarders in the field of airfreight and shipping containers.

Bydgoszcz Logistic and Office Center is a warehouse – office project consisting of 31,000 sqm of warehouse space and 4,000 sqm of office space. Key tenants include the likes of Kaufland and Bims. The project is currently undergoing significant capital investment, with completion scheduled for the beginning of January 2015.
London & Cambridge Properties is a private investor in commercial real estate with a portfolio of around 4.4 million sqm of retail, office and Industrial investments. The company operates on British, Polish and German markets. Present in Poland since 2005, they currently own 24 properties with a total value of around €200 million.
