MBS Logistics has leased nearly 2,800 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 70 sqm of office space in Logistic & Business Park in Bydgoszcz. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.
Founded in 1998, MBS Logistics provides comprehensive logistics services tailored to individual needs of clients. In 2006, it joined MBS, a leading forwarding company headquartered in Cologne. MBS Logistics offers logistics services, including advisory and cross-docking, national and international transport, sea and air freight services, palletized and surface storage, e-commerce and outsourcing services.
Logistic & Business Park is a modern logistics complex offering over 30,000 sqm of warehouse space, office modules, a truck court, approximately 40 parking spaces for trucks and 300 for cars. It is owned by LCP Properties, a Polish branch of London & Cambridge Properties Ltd (LCP), a UK privately-owned investment and property management company operating across Europe. LCP specializes in commercial properties, focusing on service, logistics and office developments, and shopping centres. It targets commercial properties, one-level retail schemes and development sites throughout Poland. LCP also intends to develop its own schemes across the country, including smaller cities and towns.
