McDonald’s strengthens offer of Pasaż Warmiński extension

Refield, after the success of the first stage of the retail park in Pasaż Warmiński, which opened in 2021, has submitted an application for a building permit for the second phase of the investment  An additional 3,500 sqm GLA of modern retail space will provide customers with access to even more stores. The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. Part of the property will also house a McDonald’s restaurant, which has already started construction.

“Pasaż Warmiński is a city with almost 20,000 inhabitants. From the very beginning, we saw a huge commercial potential in it, hence in 2019 we decided to build the first stage, the area of which is approximately 6,000 sqm GLA. It includes 14 well-known and popular brands,” says Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz – President of Refield. “The second stage of the investment is additional space for stores that were missing in the first stage, which will significantly strengthen and complement the tenant mix of the entire complex.”
