The next phase of MDC2’s growth will be achieved by the contributions of nine senior members who have been appointed partners.

The newly appointed partners will join the existing management team, which consists of Hadley Dean (Founder), Jeremy Cordery (Founder and COO), Maciej Madejak (Founder and CDO) and Peter Love (Financial Director and Head of Asset Management).

- Wojciech Kosiór, Head of Development: a vital part of the development team, Wojciech brings over 20 years of experience in industrial real estate development. He has been involved in over 100 industrial leasing transactions.
- Ewa Zawadzka, Head of Development: Ewa brings 19 years of commercial real estate experience and has been instrumental in the development and leasing of nearly one million square meters of warehouse and industrial space in Poland.
- Andrzej Lasocki, Development Director: with 20 years in the Polish real estate market, Andrzej has a proven track record, having worked for the biggest commercial developers in Poland and overseen the development of more than 40 projects.
- Katarzyna Dudzik, Development Director: Katarzyna brings nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market in Poland and was involved in the development of over 400,000 sqm of industrial projects while working for major industrial property developers.
- Adrian Winiarek, Development Director: Adrian has over 10 years of experience in industrial real estate development. He has been involved in delivering new industrial facilities for leading international and Polish companies and the development of nearly 300,000 sqm of warehouse space in Poland.
Construction:
- Jonathan Cohen, Head of Construction: Jonathan is a senior international real estate and construction professional with over 35 years of experience, including more than 25 years in Poland.
- Bartłomiej Kazirod, Project Director: Bartłomiej has over 15 years of experience in real estate construction in Poland and abroad. He has supervised and delivered a total of over 1 million sqm of modern industrial space, including complex BTS projects.
Operations and Marketing:
- Paula Piątkowska-Teter, Operations Manager: With 10 years in the real estate sector, including roles at JLL and EPP, Paula’s role is crucial in ensuring governance and compliance matters are properly utilised to keep the business moving forward.
- Magda Cieliczko, Head of Marketing: Magda brings 25 years of experience in marketing and communications for B2B businesses, including the real estate, legal, and media sectors.
