Atlanta A.M., the exclusive distributor of Melissa Primo Gusto in Poland, prolonged its lease agreement at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. Almost 2,000 sqm occupied by the company is a storage area for pasta, olives and tomato products, as well as a social and office unit. The transaction was facilitated by Colliers International.
Atlanta A.M. has been present on the Polish market for 20 years and it’s a part of Melissa Kikizas S.A., Greek group operating in the food industry for over six decades and present on over 35 markets worldwide. The company delivers utmost quality products typical for the Mediterranean cuisine: pasta, tomato sauces, tomato purée, pesto, balsamic creams and halva. From the headquarters located within the complex in Żerań, the company distributes goods across Poland and soon plans to expand its operations to the Baltic countries.
‘’In recent years we can observe consumers’ growing interest in Mediterranean diet both in Poland and worldwide. This growth is constant and results also due to growing flexibility for less conventional meals like lasagne or cannelloni. Increasingly popular are also pro-health products like whole-wheat, spelt and gluten-free pasta included in our offer last year. In recent years we significantly expanded distribution by entering large retail chains. In the nearest future we plan to launch distribution to the Baltic countries, hence the importance of our warehouse’s location providing convenient transportation within the Warsaw agglomeration, other regions of the country, as well as to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia,’’ said Adam Dyszyński, Managing Director Atlanta A.M. in Poland.
