mFinanse expands office space and extends lease at LIFE_Building

mFinanse S.A. has extended its current lease at the LIFE_Building in Warsaw and expanded its office space. As of July this year, the mBank Group company will occupy a total of 350 sqm in the prestigious building owned by VIG Fund. During the transaction, VIG Fund was represented by JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for LIFE_Building, while Deloitte Legal provided legal advisory services.

The showroom highlights key elements that influence office comfort and functionality, helping tenants understand the potential of LIFE_Building as the perfect place to grow their business. Sustainability is also a key aspect of the revitalisation: the project was implemented with a focus on reducing CO₂ emissions, and the building itself has been awarded a BREEAM certification.
