Mindspace Stachus spans the entire 6 floors of Herzogspitalstraße 24 and will accommodate forward-looking enterprises, startups, and small and medium businesses, as well as entrepreneurs and freelancers. The building set to host Mindspace Stachus is currently undergoing construction and will open for business in the fourth quarter of 2018. Adjacent to Stachus-Karlsplatz in the western side of Munich’s Central Business District, the space is conveniently located by the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and city tram, and the Main Rail Station (Munich Hauptbahnhof) is a short walk away. Mindspace members who prefer to drive to work will be able to park their vehicles in the building’s secure parking garage. Among the nearby attractions are the chic Neuhauser shopping street, Karlstor, Landgericht, the old botanical garden, and the historic Bürgersaal Church.
