Skyliner office complex is strengthening its position as one of the key business addresses in Warsaw. Mindspace, a global operator of flexible office spaces, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Karimpol Polska for nearly 4,500 sqm of space in the second building of the complex. This will be Mindspace’s third location in Poland and the next stage of the operator’s development within Skyliner. Since 2023, Mindspace has occupied 4,400 sqm in the Karimpol Group’s first tower at Rondo Daszyńskiego. In total, the company will offer over 1,200 workstations in the Skyliner complex. The new Mindspace location will commence operations in mid-2027.
“I am extremely pleased that another Mindspace location will soon appear on Warsaw’s map of flexible office spaces. The success of our existing projects, driven in part by the growing presence of global technology companies in the capital, has naturally encouraged us to further strengthen our position in this market. Excellent cooperation on the delivery of Mindspace at Skyliner I, as well as the exceptional location of this complex in the heart of Warsaw’s business centre, confirmed that expanding within the same area was the right decision. I am confident that Skyliner II will fully meet our expectations in terms of quality, design, and user experience, becoming an ideal place for the Mindspace community. Warsaw remains one of the key markets due to the dynamically growing demand for flexible workplaces, which is why we continue to see further development opportunities here,” says Michał Kwinta, GM Poland & Global Strategic Projects.
“Extending our cooperation with Mindspace to Skyliner II is a clear confirmation that the standard we offer at the Skyliner complex meets the needs of global brands. Mindspace has been with us since the first phase of the project, and their decision to sign a long-term lease in the second tower confirms that the quality of our space, location and solutions work well in practice. This agreement makes Mindspace the largest tenant in the entire Skyliner complex, further emphasising the scale and importance of our cooperation,” adds Szymon Zduńczyk, Karimpol Polska’s managing director and member of the management board.
Mindspace was advised during the negotiation process by the Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm, with Błażej Czwarnok and Michał Wiśniewski representing the company, while Argon Legal provided legal advice to Karimpol. This is the second lease agreement signed for Skyliner II. At the end of 2025, Squarepoint, a global investment management company using quantitative methods, will occupy nearly 2,200 sqm of space.
Skyliner II is a continuation of the Karimpol Group’s flagship investment in Warsaw. The new investment will complement the first Skyliner tower, creating a modern office complex that will offer a total of 73,000 sqm of space. Construction of Skyliner II is underway and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
