MLP Business Park Vienna, MLP Group’s flagship project in Austria, continues to expand its tenant base. Paper Republic and RYX Holding, which together have leased approximately 5,000 sqm of space, will be moving into the modern complex. The first company specialises in producing exclusive leather goods and premium accessories, while the second will open a sports performance & diagnostics centre at the park.
Paper Republic, an Austrian company operating in international markets and specialising in handcrafted leather goods and high-quality writing and desk accessories, has leased approximately 3,500 sqm of space. The premises will be used for warehousing, production and offices. The company also plans to take over an adjacent unit temporarily. Paper Republic’s operations at MLP Business Park Vienna will create jobs for approximately 160 people.
The second new tenant is RYX Holding, an Austrian company that will open an innovative sports performance and diagnostics centre in the complex. The company has leased approximately 1,500 sqm of space for its operations. The new centre will offer advanced performance diagnostics for professional, amateur and youth athletes and related analytical services.
“Securing two new tenants with such different business profiles demonstrates the flexibility and wide range of possible uses of the space offered at MLP Business Park Vienna. We are pleased that the project attracts both growing manufacturing companies such as Paper Republic and specialised service providers such as RYX Holding. This is another important step in building an attractive and diverse business environment at our park,” says Peter Falb, Chief Country Officer Austria, MLP Group.
MLP Business Park Vienna is a complex of four modern buildings with a total area of 54,500 sqm.
