MLP Group expands tenant portfolio in Gorzów Wielkopolski

MLP Group continues to expand its tenant portfolio in the logistics and courier services sector, securing one of Poland’s largest independent logistics operators. Under a long-term lease agreement, the tenant will launch a new operational centre at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. The contract provides for the development of a modern warehouse facility fully dedicated to the client. Completion and handover are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The tenant will occupy approximately 9,500 sqm, including over 8,800 sqm of warehouse space and around 650 sqm of office and staff facilities.

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski is a modern logistics park that, once completed, will offer approximately 56,700 sqm of warehouse space. The complex is being developed in line with the highest market standards and MLP Group’s sustainability strategy. All buildings within the project will undergo BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level, ensuring high energy efficiency and lower operating costs for tenants.
