MLP Poznań West Welcomes 3D Printing Specialist Stockly

MLP Group continues to strengthen the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West, welcoming Stockly, a fast-growing company operating in the 3D printing sector. The company has leased approximately 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space and has already launched operations under an early access arrangement. Full handover of the facility is scheduled for December 2026. During the lease process, Stockly was represented by Rock Estate.

The project included adjustments to the warehouse area as well as office facilities designed in line with Stockly’s expectations, including a dedicated 3D printing workshop. MLP Poznań West is a modern distribution centre located on the western side of Poznań, directly adjacent to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the A2 motorway junction. Once fully completed, the complex will offer more than 173,000 sqm of space, making it one of MLP Group’s key projects on the European logistics real estate market. The park is primarily dedicated to companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors, while also aligning with global trends such as nearshoring and supply chain optimisation.
