MLP Group has signed a contract with a clothing distributor for the lease of warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The tenant, selling products through a network of brick-and-mortar outlets and an online store, will occupy a total of 8,700 sqm of modern space within the largest warehouse complex in the region. More than 8,100 sqm of that space will be used for warehousing purposes and operation of the online store, while the remaining part, spanning some 550 sqm, will accommodate offices and staff amenity areas. As agreed, the new project is scheduled to be delivered in August 2024. The tenant was assisted by MAXON Nieruchomości in the transaction process.
“We are pleased to welcome a new Client to our tenant community at the largest logistics complex in the region. The construction of the new facility is well advanced, and we anticipate delivering the completed project in August next year. Despite extensive expansion, the logistics park retains considerable potential for further development. It is worth noting that all our properties meet the highest standards. Also, a key asset that attracts new clients is the park’s excellent location. In line with our strategy, all of our newly built projects undergo BREEAM certification. We apply solutions that benefit the natural environment and enhance employee comfort,” said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.
“We have analysed the property market thoroughly and for a long time, considering many aspects that are crucial to our client’s operations, including solutions that guarantee lease security. Equally important was the location, which should ensure efficient access for courier companies and proximity to vital transport hubs and the airport. We finally settled on MLP Pruszków II. Both the location and the proposed solutions aligned with the expectations of our client,” said Barbara Stańczak, Senior Land Acquisition & Property Negotiator at MAXON Real Estate.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. In keeping with its build & hold strategy, MLP Group retains completed logistics parks in its portfolio and manages them. All projects undertaken by MLP Group are distinguished by very attractive locations of the logistics parks, application of built-to-suit solutions, and support given to tenants during the lease term.
