MLP Wrocław welcomes new tenant

Logistics operator OL&D Poland has recently established its presence in the MLP Wrocław logistics centre, securing approximately 4,300 sqm of state-of-the-art space. The tenant was assisted by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in closing the transaction. The leased space is located in a building that has earned BREEAM New Construction Version 6.0 certification at the ‘Excellent’ level.
