MNK Partners acquires Point 44 building in Warsaw

Real Management and Liberty Investments have sold the mixed-use Point 44 building in Piaseczno on Warsaw’s southern outskirts to French investment fund MNK Partners for an undisclosed sum.

Gide’s team assisted MNK Partners at all stages of the acquisition of the Point 44 building, located at ul. Puławska 44D in Piaseczno, from Real Management and Liberty Investments. The work included performing a real estate due diligence investigation, negotiating the transaction documentation and obtaining the financing.

Point 44 is a modern, class A, mixed-use building that officially opened in March 2020 and offers over 5,700 sqm of commercial space. Ultimately, the project will be extended to include an additional commercial building located on the neighbouring property, which is currently under construction.

Dentons represented the selling party for this transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield acted as its advisor.
