Modesta Real Estate has been exclusively appointed with the marketing of the project “Flexiparks Wien Nord” in Stockerau. Just 19 km north of the Vienna city limits and directly on the A22 freeway, Austria’s first Flexipark is currently under developing. Divided into 2 halls, future tenants will have access to a total of around 3,700 sqm of modern hall space for storage purposes, parcel logistics, city logistics, light production activities and showroom uses starting the end of 2021.
As the name already suggests, the unique selling point of the project is its flexibility. The division and implementation of the hall, showroom and office spaces are made according to the needs of the tenants. The smallest possible division is 130 sqm, but individual hall units can be connected to each other according to the actual requirements of the customers. As a result, hall sizes of 270 sqm, 530 sqm or +1,000 sqm, for example, can be easily realized.
The project will be constructed at the Stockerau Ost exit of the A22 motorway, which ensures optimal access to the city of Vienna. Directly opposite the Flexipark, the logistics centre of Hofer KG is located. In addition, there are a number of branches of well-known companies in the vicinity, as well as several supermarkets and stores for daily needs.

The interest in the project is very high and the response surprisingly positive,” says Chiara Mai, who is in charge of marketing the halls.
