Modesta Real Estate mediates new location for DBConcepts in Ares Tower – EuropaProperty

Modesta Real Estate was able to successfully facilitate a new company location in the Ares Tower for DBConcepts GmbH, an IT company specialized in the Oracle Database environment.

DBConcepts supports numerous companies in the migration, implementation and administration of Oracle Databases and Oracle Middleware. The company supports its customers in all questions concerning Business Intelligence, Datawarehouse as well as Oracle Engineered Systems and Oracle Cloud Solutions.

The Ares Tower is located in the 22nd district of Vienna, in the middle of the Donau City. The office building impresses with modern equipment, representative areas and excellent infrastructure. The new company location of DBConcepts is located on the 9th floor of the tower and has a total area of 1,385 sqm.
