Modesta successfully arranges new headquarters for YAMAHA Motor Europe in Bratislava – EuropaProperty

YAMAHA Motor Europe (YME) has set up its new headquarters in Bratislava’s Westend Plazza. Since its foundation in 1968, YME has been responsible for coordinating all marketing and sales activities of YAMAHA Motor products within Europe.

“We are delighted to have succeeded in finding the optimal location for YAMAHA Motor Europe. The Westend Plazza provides its tenants with an ideal working environment with a wide range of amenities, such as a congress center and food court directly in the building and a relaxation area in the plaza’s inner courtyard,” explains Lucia Agrikolová, who is responsible for the office properties at Modesta Real Estate in Bratislava.

Westend Plazza is the most recent project within the well-known Westend Business Zone in Bratislava. The Westend Plazza is divided into the two building blocks T and Z and offers a total of approximately 33,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office spaces that meet all Standard A requirements.
